At this time, we do not have a storefront location or pickup options available in Tampa.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON THESE THINGS?
Only Florida residents will have to pay tax on their order because our business is based in this state (it's the law).
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DOMESTIC RATES: We charge a flat rate fee of $4.95 for all shipments in the USA. It's insured First Class Mail, so it'll be quick-- don't worry! It usually takes about 2-5 days (once shipped) to get into your pretty little hands.
DOMESTIC PRIORITY RATES: We charge a flat rate fee of $7.95 for all Priority Mail shipments in the USA. This is a guaranteed 2-3 day delivery time.
U.S. Shipments over $30 will ship for free-ninety-nine (free), no code necessary.
INTERNATIONAL RATES: All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout. These packages are not insured. FYI: At this time, the USPS has stopped offering tracking numbers for some First Class International packages. If you notice that tracking has stopped after leaving our postal facility, you may be one of these locations. Don't worry-- it's not lost!
PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Also, we are not responsible for paying for that. We're sorry!
We strive to get packages to you as quickly as possibly! All orders will be processed (meaning you get your tracking #) and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you make any purchases after 4PM on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. Please allow us an extra day or two during a large sale :) ty
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? BC I WANT IT. ASAP.
Once your order is processed, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.
BTW: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure you double check where we're sending ur stuff! Once you get your tracking number sent to you, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated/changed.
MY ORDER IS LOST.
In the event that you do not receive your package, please let us know. USPS does not allow us to make a claim on domestic insured packages until 30 days from the shipping date. International packages may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the country and customs. With the new USPS First Class International changes, some packages will not receive tracking because it is (mysteriously) not available in that location. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about that. If you suspect it's a goner, email us so we can help you out.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the plastic cover cannot be torn off).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with your order # so we can find you quicker!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples.
THE COLOR LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN IT DID ONLINE. CAN I RETURN IT?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for this reason, due to the nature of our products. We try to put up as many pictures on Instagram showing swatches in different lighting and on different skin tones. The coloring on your phone or computer may affect the way they appear.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No! Our products are not tested on animals, nor are the ingredients used in our products tested on animals. Our products will never contain any animal derivatives.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD IN CHINA?
No, we do not sell in China due to their animal testing laws.
